Customer Use Case: Mobile Mapping Technology Helps Flight Field Safety at Spanish Airports

Civil engineering firm Proyform Global uses the Trimble MX50 mobile mapping system and the Trimble SX10 scanning total station as part of their technology stack that helps them efficiently asses the state of flight fields at airports around Spain, improving safety.

Juan Pablo Jiménez, founder of the Madrid-based Proyform Global, said, “Trimble is here to solve the main two issues when working in airports: precision and performance. To start, it is thanks to its precision and swiftness levels to complete the workflow that we could improve work quality and reduce the amount of time the team is under the flight paths as much as possible.”
