The OS on our Geo6000 XH is currently 6.5.8. I am trying to update to 6.5.9 so that I can update to 6.5.10. I copied the 6.5.9 pks file to the storage card on the 6000 using Windows Mobile Device Center. I then attempted ot run the pks file from the file explorer. On multiple attempts I recieve the following message: Status: UnsuccessfulThis update could not be installed and has been deleted. Ton continue using your device, click Done.Any insight is appreciated.

We recommend that you download the software again and this time copy it into the My Documents on the mobile device.  Sometimes its still copying files even though it says its done…just give it an extra minute.   Keep it connected to the computer after it says its finished copying over , plug power into the device, and then run file explorer on the mobile device to run the file.
