  Due to limited class size, NEI must maintain a firm refund policy for cancellations.
  1. If you cancel your seat no less than 10 business days prior to the class, your registration will be refunded in full.
  2. If you cancel your seat up to 10 business days prior to the class, your registration fee will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. We regret we cannot refund any fees if you fail to attend and have not notified NEI prior to the start of the class.
  NEI reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.
