  1. Check to see if you have the latest firmware installed
  2. See related link at the bottom of the webpage
  3. Update if needed
  4.  Check to see what programs are running.  Even though you close the Microsoft Programs they will stay running in your memory.  For Example if you open and close any of the following programs they will stay running in the background:
  • Calculator
  • Calendar
  • Contacts
  • Excel Mobile
  • Excel Word
  • Games – solitare or bubble breaker
  • Outlook
  •  Query analyzer

Follow the steps below to see what programs are running:

  1. Click on Start/Settings, choose the System tab (bottom of the screen), and select Memory.
  2. Click the Running Programs tab
  3. Stop all programs running in the background.
