New Trimble CDMA Connectivity Options Available on GNSS Survey Systems – 5/6/2014
Connectivity is a crucial part of survey data collection and Trimble GNSS survey systems now offer more options for those using connectivity data plans.
In response to requests from Trimble’s North American customers wanting to use a Verizon data plan, they are now supplying CDMA (verizon) connectivity, alongside existing GSM (AT&T) connectivity in both the TSC3 controller and the Trimble Tablet rugged PC. Please note that each product activates CDMA in slightly different ways, so please review support note documents before setting your equipment up for this option.
This product update applies only to North America, as Verizon networks are currently available only in North America.
